Established in 1995, India is a groundbreaking restaurant in the Heart of Providence serving a signature New Indian cuisine. India offers diners unique take on Beyond Indian food, mixing the flavors and spices of India with western cooking techniques and the finest, seasonal, local ingredients. India has been offering refined New American cooking infused with Indian spices.
Enjoying views of Blackstone Boulevard and Hope Street, guests may choose from different dining experiences: in the front patio or the quiet backside patio. Designed by Amar, the entire space is beautifully decorated in warm, rich colors and original candle shades. The menu at India does not change daily, we do have specials while keep a standard set of dishes worked out with our local farmers. We hope you'll join us soon.

Our bar, is the most buzzying area within the restaurant. With the arches and candle elements we have been reviewed to have one of the most significant interior spaces in Providence.
In addition to serving an Indian Buffet brunch on Saturday and Sundays for an all inclusive price of $12, a la carte lunch and dinners are served weekdays 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST.
