Diwali 2019 (October 24 to 27)

Deepavali or Diwali...the biggest and the brightest of all Indian festival. It is the festival of lights: "deep" means light and "avali" which means row - combination of the two means "a row of lights" Diwali is marked by four days of celebration, which literally illuminates the country with its brilliance and dazzles people with joy. All of the simple rituals of Diwali have a significance and a story behind them. Homes are illuminated with lights as a celebration of health, wealth, knowledge, peace, and prosperity.

Come celebrate this joyous festival at India this October and experience a touch of tradition. Be greeted and welcomed at the door with a pooja thali, a ceremonial red tilaka on the forehead, welcome garland, and traditional sweets.
