Looking for 10 Kitchen/Management Trainees to come to America to work/train with us for one year. This is a paid training program in which you will get paid for your work in US $$$. If we find you to be a suitable candidate upon interviewing, we will file for your visa application through a US Sponsor Company for a J1 Visa, which is valid for one year.

Qualifications Needed:

Must have a degree or certificate from a non-U.S. post-secondary academic institution and have at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the culinary field outside the U.S. OR have at least 5 years of work experience outside the United States in culinary/restaurant management.

Kitchen Trainee must have experience with Indian Cuisine in some of the following skills:

• Marinations, Grill, Kabobs, and Tandoor
• Sauces and Curries
• Indian Desserts & Halvai Skills
• Indian Street Foods & Snacks
• Indian Regional Cuisines; East, West, North & South
• Various Indian Breads
• Must have the ability to work in a high volume busy kitchen and be a team player
• Must speak, read and write in English
• Must be in good health and physically capable of performing the work required

Management Trainee must have progressive experience leading to restaurant management.

Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Front of the House (FOH) management followed by at least 1 year of work experience in FOH management.
